I needed to get new tires, which is never fun. The employees have a great attention to detail. I have had tires done at Walmart and other places before and they love to cross thread the lug nuts causing them to snap off… this has never happened here, they hand tighten the nuts before finishing with a torque wrench. I saw an employee double checking the torque specifications for my type of vehicle. Very professional

DONT GO HERE. I have been at this place for years. Today I did a pre-trip check and oil change. They said I needed new tires. But I bought my tires there not too long ago. So, I asked for the warranty on the tires. These tires went about 25K miles before needing replacing. They said because I didn’t rotate my all wheel drive vehicles tires every 5K miles the warranty is void. So beware of both tires not lasting and also them getting out of the warranty. I know they won’t miss me as their customer, but I alsohave three adult kids that won’t be going there either. Also mentioning they came up with $3K in repairs that weren’t needed. Go somewhere with less greed and more integrity.

Fabulous customer service! Was greeted in a timely manner. Once it was my turn to have my suspension looked at i was completely blown away to find out my car was in good shape. Ill also be needing some new tires shortly and I'll check in to this location for pricing. Really great experience!

They did the same thing to me as J Klein He said, I needed all these services. Pretty much my whole front end repaired. All I needed repaired was my rear brakes. I asked him to put my Jeep back together I was coming to pick it up. I took it to the dealership and save two hundred dollars.

I was losing about 10psi by the weekend in my tire and tried several locations in person before finally coming by Les Schwab. Turns out I had a tiny screw in my tire, but these guys were able to locate it because they could actually jack my car up. It's crazy that all the other locations didn't have a low profile jack haha. Looks like my M3 will be going to Les Schwab from here in out. I was in and out pretty quickly and they did me a solid.
